About Us

The Otis Redding Center for the Arts is a multipurpose space open to students ages 5-18 who have a desire to explore their interests in all elements of music and the arts. Located steps away from Otis Redding’s 1960’s Cotton Avenue office, the center features lab spaces, practice rooms, a digital technology lab, an interactive gallery space, and the state-of-the-art O3 Recording Studio for students to explore songwriting, production, performance, visual arts, and more.
ORCA facilitates private lessons, workshops, partnerships with local schools, and summer camps to help foster student’s creativity, and instill confidence in the youth of Central Georgia. We aim to equip students with the tools to be well-rounded individuals who can work well with others and have the self-confidence to share their ideas, while learning to collaborate, communicate their ideas, better express themselves, and explore their creativity.
